Purpose of this Agreement

This form confirms that all individuals requesting access to any land or sea within the Totalai boundaries have read, understood, and agreed to the cultural protocols and procedures established by the Mualgal Nation. This is a mandatory requirement prior to any visit, activity, or engagement on Country.

SECTION 2: ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TRADITIONAL AUTHORITY

By signing this agreement, I affirm the following:

1. Cultural Governance

I acknowledge the Mualgal people as the Traditional Custodians of the Totalai land and sea, and I respect their sovereign authority and cultural governance.

2. Protocols and Restrictions

I understand that certain sacred sites, ceremonial areas, and marine zones are governed by strict access restrictions and require permission.

I agree to abide by all instructions given by Elders, cultural monitors, rangers, or representatives of the Totalai Governance Council.

3. Behavior on Country

I commit to conducting myself with dignity, humility, and respect at all times.

I confirm that:

I have read and understood the Traditional Visiting Protocols and agree to follow them.
I recognise this agreement is a binding condition of access to Mualgal land and sea.
I understand any breach of this agreement may result in revoked access, removal from Country, or further cultural or legal action.

I will not disturb or collect any items (natural or cultural), or document any material without explicit written consent.

4. Photography, Media, and Storytelling

I understand that photography, filming, audio recording, and sharing of stories or information requires cultural approval.

I will not share, publish, or commercialise any content related to my visit without the informed consent of the Mualgal community.

5. Environmental Care

I will follow leave-no-trace practices and avoid causing harm to any ecosystems, species, or traditional fishing/harvesting grounds.

I confirm that:
