Visitor Entry Protocol – Totalai Traditional Land and Sea Conservation Area. All visitors must seek permission before entering the Totalai Traditional Land and Sea Conservation Area, in line with Mualgal traditional protocols. Entry and activities must be approved to ensure alignment with cultural practices and to uphold the Mualgal people's responsibilities to land and sea. We welcome respectful visitors who follow these protocols and support our ongoing connection to Country.

The Totalai Land and Sea Conservation Hub is an Indigenous-led, place-based education and enterprise initiative located on Mua Island in the Torres Strait (Zenadth Kes), Australia. Rooted in the cultural values of the Torres Strait Islander communities, the hub integrates traditional knowledge with scientific expertise to protect, restore, and sustainably manage the unique marine and terrestrial ecosystems of the region.
The Hub fosters community enterprise development aligned with regenarative blue econom principals, supports the establishment of Indigenous Protected Areas (IPA), and offersimmersive cultural experiences for visitors
